The vote is clear. I declare Lady Mira Octavius-Aryani, Count-Palatine of Kezan, do have been duly elected by the Landsraad. She will take the office of Steward of the Imperial Republic upon both (a) the appointment through imperial decree by the Regent and (b) the commencement of the first day of the eighth month [15 February, 00:00:01 UTC].
