We're in that weird place where this has been dragging on for so long, and leaked so profusely, that the MCS is by now doubtlessly aware of ours and everybody else's grievances, to the extent that handing them an actual letter would be arguably superfluous.

That said, this is Ryan's baby (not that I'm hanging him out to dry... on the contrary) and he appears to currently be on LOA (along with two thirds of Shireroth... the slump is upon us like clockwork) and I don't want to deny him his glory, such as it exists, by carrying on without him.

A stack of excuses? Probably. We're entering a period where things take ten times as long, with a project that was already lurching slowly when we were all active...

It would definitely be good to send them the actual letter soon, but I'd be fine to wait for Ryan and let him do it.

I have no ownership over this - it's a joint letter from everyone. I'm just coordinating things since no-one else seemed to want the job.

I'm in the midsts of absolute busyness lately and may have to extend my LOA and/or reduce my activities here (at least until winter). I was waiting to get feedback from Edgard in order to get Alexandria on board, but never heard back from him beyond that he wanted to share this with his advisors before putting Alexandria on the signees list. I haven't PM'ed him lately to see where he's at, since I've been busy myself. I'll send him one now and see if he replies.
Further, Liam said he hasn't heard any comment from Charles, so he can't authorize Gotzborg as a signee, making that avenue apparently moot. I also ran out of time to try and get Batavia and Flanders on board, if anyone wants to pursue that.

Should it be so desired, I'm fine with y'all claiming land on Daia, Safiria's homeworld.

So far there's not that much of it, though, so perhaps it could be said that what we know of Daia so far is only part of the planet? :3
