Since Sanilla is now a sovereign protectorate of Shireroth, I think we should be a top level nation in the SCUE bank. Shireroth is only responsible for external defense and foreign affairs, while this is an internal matter. The long form name is Free State of Sanilla, and the subdivisions are Province of Amarr, Province of East Sanilla and Province of Highpass.

Request sent at the central forum. Hopefully Andreas will be able to sort this out soon. My thought is that possibly Sanilla will have to sign the SCUE treaty- find here. It's a standard treaty so no negotiation will be necessary, I think the Sanillan government should sign it and then I will ratify it as Kaiser via Decree.

If you want to be a top level nation you'll definitely need to sign the treaty. I'm trying to remember how we handled Elwynn when they split from Shireroth - I think if you're just going from an existing signatory and not claiming any new money, people are happy for you to just get straight in and skip the week long period where people can potentially object (which has only happened once or twice ever, so it's largely superfluous). Does that sound good? Sign the treaty and don't claim new money for new citizens that aren't already part of the SCUE (I haven't been keeping track of Sanilla at all, but I guess you don't have any people who haven't already been counted in some other nation as part of the SCUE, since you're starting out of Shireroth).

Do you need any subdivisions in the bank, or just a Sanilla top level heading?

Ok, they're added (I dropped the 'Province of' part of the name since every other bank subdivision just has its name. I can add 'Province of' back if it's really crucial). Last step - create an account for the government of Sanilla, and tell me it's name, and I'll give it national level admin permissions over accounts in Sanilla.

Also, tell me any accounts which people want moved into Sanilla, and which province to move them into.

The name of the govt account is "Federal Bank of Sanilla", but I made a boo-boo. Please move it to East Sanilla.
