Minor bank mod to let National status accounts deal with account status and type for their nations (like they already do subdivisions, forced fund transfers and password resetting). Particularly useful since there are now many member nations whose forums I don't regularly visit.

I need to know exactly what pages have what changes so I can rectify them with my copy of the bank, which has changes not uploaded.

changestatusnational.php and changetypenational.php have been added (so the original changestatus.php and changetype.php for admins are unchanged).
createaccount.php was changed.
require/htmllib.php was changed.
require/config.php was changed (just to add this to the changelog).

What did you change on those pages? I've made modifications to almost all the pages to implement internationalization.

All the pages I used were the latest ones off the bank (I downloaded them that day) if that helps. I'll pm you the specific changes.
