Ministerial Edict 1663/M/E/001: Office for the Removal of Subversive Elements

1. All officers of the Palatini Corps stripped of rank and privilege and placed into confinement at the Vanyam Rehabilitation Facility, under the auspices of Ministerial Edict 1662/M/E/001 are ordered to be released from confinement and restored to their previous ranks, privileges and grades of pay.
2. Officers formerly held at Vanyam shall be placed into the reserve pool of staff officers where they shall remain on full pay until such time as new assignments are made.
3. Bivarhins Salbnan Erik Rukovod is appointed as Director for the Office for the Removal of Subversive Elements. He shall enjoy full discretion with regards to the personnel subject to his command, including freedom of action with regards to recruitment, retention, discipline, dismissal, and disposal, with the absolute blessing of authority.
4. New guidelines on what constitutes subversive behaviour will be issued via the Imperial Forces chain of command in due course.
5. The Vanyam Facility will be transferred from the Office for the Removal of Subversive Elements to the Vigiles Arcani.
6. New facilities for the Office for the Removal of Subversive Elements will be established in the territory of the Domain of New Blackrock.
