Ministerial Edict 1645/M/E/003: Mobilisation of the Imperial Navy

I, Daniyal Sikander Dravot, by the Grace of Her Imperial Magnificence the Kaiseress of Shireroth, serving as Minister of Military Affairs, hereby issue the following Edict:

1. With a declaration of blockade by members of the Blackrock Pact, the Imperial Navy of Shireroth is placed on an immediate war footing. Any attempt to fire upon or board Shirerithian flagged or chartered shipping operating in the international waters of the Northern Sea will be met with massive and disproportionate reprisals upon all parties involved.

2. This Edict shall remain extant until further notification is given and may be subject to revision by the issuing authority.
