Comparing Erik's judgments with Malliki's... :D

Shirerithian jurisprudence has taken a great leap the past years, as evidenced by the latest precedents made by Malliki (and earlier by others, especially Benkern). The latest judgment is a good example of that.

Indeed, the latest judgment was well reasoned. Reason doesn't usually have much to do with Shireroth, so this must be progress!

STATEMENT BY THE JUDEX

The last few weeks have been a tumultous time in Shireroth. The Imperial Judex wishes to make it clear that it cannot and will not intervene in any events without a suit being brought before it. The Imperial Judex also wishes to stress that it will remain impartial and only look to the law when deciding any issue that arises before it.
