Pre-trial Hearing

FINDINGS
1. The Applicant has filed suit against the Defendants for claimed damages incurred because of the actions of Mr. Lange Jr in CWG. The Applicant cites Alexandrian law, international treaty law and repealed Shirerithian law. The Court has posed a two-part question, but will only answer the first part, if Shireroth has jurisdiction.

No party has disputed that CWG is registered and domiciled in Alexandria. In Ayreon v CWG in the Alexandrian High Court, that Court agreed that CWG's financial transactions fall under Alexandrian jurisdiction. The Imperial Judex does not accept concurrent jurisdiction. Furthermore, Alexandrian law does not apply in Shirerithian courts. The treaty referred to by the Applicant does not extend Alexandrian law to Shireroth. Additionally, the Imperial government does not have jurisdiction over corporate or contract law, that matter falls within the competence of the Imperial states. Mr Lange Jr is not a Shirerithian citizen and is domiciled elsewhere. The Imperial government cannot be sued due to the fact that the Applicant has not shown that any Shirerithian law has been broken by the government. The Applicant should bring suit in an Alexandrian court or a court in the country where Mr Lange Jr is domiciled. Claims against the Imperial government should be brought bilaterally.

ORDERS
1. The injuction previously ordered is hereby lifted in its entirety.

2. The case is dismissed.
