To the residents and citizens of Xechaspolis, Fort Alkhiva, and surrounding Tinalkina: I am sorry. My statements in weeks past have caused your city much grief and this pains me. My altruism clouded my judgement, and I see now that, despite a distant and tenuous connection, Athlon and Tinalkina have no future together and it would be unfair to both of our people to subject ourselves to the disparate and dysfunctional demesne that I proposed. I see that my actions have incited progress in Tinalkina, Bous be praised, and I wish the Tinalkinans best of luck as they petition for admission into the Demesne of the Skerry Isles.

The Church will continue to administer all of the Athlon isles and Elijah's Rest as part of the Pentheral State. Recent work done by my legate with the Reindeer Herders have proven that Church autonomy can be a productive force in this world. Bous with you.
