The polis of Eupragia contains the offices and agencies necessary to govern the Hegemony and Church. The city and surrounding country side are administered by the Bosarch of Eupragia as a unified eparchy. Eupragia also serves as the main port and business and industrial hub of Athlon to take advantage of its natural harbor. The city is therefore focused on production and administration, leaving little time for the extravagance of culture and beauty.
Most buildings in Eupragia are modern and efficient at the expense of beauty save for the Bibliotheka. The Bibliotheka houses all records from before the collapse of Natopia and is maintained by the most dedicated archivists in Athlon - the Preservers of the First Epoch. The Bibliotheka is a series of temple-like buildings in the sophisticated Ionic order, a stark contrast to the rest of the city.
