To regulate for the inheritance of the Baronetcy

Whereas We firmly believe in preserving the good and noble name of the Baronetcy and whereas We are convinced and proven right in the evilness of The Baron of Port Mills, We do hereby proclaim now and in perpetuity that the title of Baron of Port Mills passes to the grandson of Noor bint Daniyal, Our Countess of Mehl, the named Vidar Salim Livason of Waffel-Paine. Therefore, from now on he shall be known throughout the Royal Tsardom as Vidar Salim Livason of Waffel-Paine, The Baron of Port Mills.
