500 years Raspur Pact

Your Majesty, former friend!

On 5269 ASC the Holy Empire of Jingdao at Sea will celebrate that the Raspur Pact has been in force for 500 ASC years. We are fully aware that the Elwynnese Union has since been annexed into the Imperial Republic of Shireroth but for old times sake we wish to invite you to the sole member of the Raspur Pact that did never surrender its liberties and did never abandon its friends. A feast to celebrate 500 years of Raspur Pact will be held in the Imperial Palace of Catavia, we look forward to seeing you there.
