sends Greetings to the Leaders, Governments, and People of the various Demesnes and electorates of the Bovic Empire

WHEREAS the Caprine Code grants the Emperor the power to call for the first election of Representatives to the Lesser Division of the Frenzy of the Bovic Empire, and noting that the law requires said elections to occur during the Year 1685,

I DIRECT that every Demesne and electorate conduct elections for their Representatives in a timely matter such that elections will be certified by each Demesne or electorate and those elected and certified Representatives will take their seats in the Lesser Frenzy no later than 12 Novaber, 1686.

FURTHERMORE I request that, upon the completion of elections in your Demesne or electorate, such results are transmitted to the Speaker of the Frenzy, who will make preparations for the inaugural session of the Lesser Frenzy.
