A RESOLUTION of the FRENZY of the
BOVIC EMPIRE of the NATOPIAN NATION


To confirm the nomination of Prince Janus of the Most Serene Union as an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the Natopian Nation

WHEREAS His Most Bovic Majesty the Emperor has, under clause 2.2. of Section Twenty-Four of the the Caprine Code, nominated His Serene Highness, Janus, Prince of the Most Serene Union, to fill up the vacancy in the membership of the Supreme Court of the Natopian Nation caused by the demise of Kurai Darkmoon, the Timeless Shadow;

AND WHEREAS it is required by the self-same clause 2.2. of Section Twenty-Four of the the Caprine Code that any nomination of an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the Natopian Nation be confirmed by the Frenzy;

LET IT THEREFORE BE KNOWN THAT we, the Representatives of the Demesnes of the Bovic Empire of the Natopian Nation in the Frenzy assembled, do hereby:

RESOLVE to confirm the Emperor's nomination of His Serene Highness, Janus, Prince of the Most Serene Union, as an Associate Justice the Supreme Court of the Natopian Nation;

AND WE DIRECT and COMMAND that the Emperor shall, within 72 Gregorian hours from the passage of this Resolution, call upon His Serene Highness, Janus, Prince of the Most Serene Union, to recite the oath of office required by clause 2.3. of Section Twenty-Four of the the Caprine Code.
