It is with immense pride and sense of achievement that I am hereby informing the Natopian Government of the constitutional passage of the Accession to SANE Act 1650, which incorporates the SANE Treaty into Constancian law and sets out the foundations of the Free Associative Kingdom of Constancia's membership of the SANE Alliance.

As per Article 24th of the said Treaty, with this letter I am depositing the instrument of accession, an identical copy of the original act, to the Natopian administration. From this moment onwards, Constancia takes its place alongside our allies in the Imperial Republic of Shireroth, the Empire of the Alexandrian and the Bovic Empire of the Natopian Nation.

The Accession to SANE Act 1650
An Act to make provisions for Constancia's accession to SANE
Be it enacted by the Βασιλεύς’s πλέον Βασιλεύς Μεγαλειότατε, by and with the advice and consent of the Δικαστής, in this present Σύνκλητος assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
Article 1 - Recognition of Invitation
Section A) The Basileus Petros III has received three official invitations for the Free Associate Kingdom of Constancia to join the SANE Alliance.
Section B) Article 24 The SANE Treaty makes provisions for the legal and lawful invitation of a sovereign state and that by virtue of Section A of this Act, the legal and lawful invitation has been extended.
Article 2 - Ratification of the Treaty and effect in the law
Section A) The Treaty, a copy of which is present as Appendix 1, is hereby ratified and shall have full and binding effect into the law of Constancia through this Act. All such implications shall be subject to this Act's enforcement.
Section B) Upon the passage of this Act, the Basileus shall deposit this instrument of accession and take any other necessary action to complete the process of joining the SANE Alliance.
Article 3 - Repeal, Extent, Commencement and Short Title
Section A) This Act extends to the whole of the Free Associative Kingdom of Constancia
Section B) This Act shall be amendable by the consent of the Synklētos and enacted by the Basileus
Section C) This Act comes into force upon receipt of Vasilikí Singatáthesi
Section D) This Act may be cited as the Accession to SANE Act 1650
