On behalf of those states and institutions of the Imperial Republic of Shireroth, pledged in loyalty to the Kaiseress Noor, I formally request the assistance of the Natopian Defence Force in providing a combat air patrol, close air support and interdiction sorties, for the loyalist forces in the Imperial States of Elwynn and Goldshire and over the city of Shirekeep itself. Specifically to support Operation Retribution, the liberation of Goldshire, and the Siege of Shirekeep which has now begun.
