[1673] Restoration of the Wechua Government

By the Hand of the One and Only Divine Leader of the Wechua Nation

King of the Wechua;
Sovereign Lord of the Four Regions;
Son of Inti;
Lord and Governor of the Wechua Realms
To all of these whose these Presents shall come, GREETING : -

WHEREAS through the benevolence of Our Father Inti and the hard work and sacrifices of the Wechua people, besieged by the ravages of disease, war, and death, now rise and proclaim the Restoration of the Wechua State as prescribed by the Declaration of Parap;

WHEREAS We declare the full restoration of the Wechua Nation, and of the duly consented and ratified Wechua Constitution of 1663;

LET IT THEREFORE BE ORDAINED AND DECLARED, BY OUR WILL AND PLEASURE that We call the Council of the Wechua Nation to meet in the city of Parap in the year 1674 AN;

WE also call for a national election to elect the Royal Councillors who shall make up the Council of the Wechua Nation, and direct the Royal Commission for Elections to create a national voter roll and register to vote all Wechua citizens in the Wechua Nation, and Wechua citizens abroad in Constancia, Raspur, Alduria, and Natopia;

WE also re-establish the Regional governments commissioned by Ourselves prior to the collapse of our Nation, provided that in 2 AN years, elections are conducted to install a new regional government in each Suyu, or Region, of the Wechua Nation.

WE also declare a national state of emergency and command the national armed forces and the law enforcement agencies to establish and secure the Peace of the Nation.

THUS IS THE WILL OF THE SON OF INTI, THE KING OF THE WECHUA, MADE KNOWN BEFORE THE GOVERNMENT AND THE PEOPLE AT CHINCHERO PALACE IN THE CITY OF PARAP, IN THE 2ND DAY OF THE SIXTH MONTH OF THE YEAR OF OUR NORTON 1673.
