[NK] Bill 011: Elections Dates

The Honourable Members of the House of Deputies and the House of Representatives, attest and confirm this

Elections Dates Act 011

WHEREAS to ensure proper use of public funds, and due to the difficulties of executing elections at different times and places, We do by this Act

1. Amend Section 1 of the Electing the Governor Act 001 by replacing "five" with "four".
2. Notwithstanding any other law, institute that from now on elections for Governor shall be held on the same day as elections to the House of Deputies. The first elections for governor following this Act shall be held on 1683.
3. Notwithstanding any other law, institute that from now on the elections for the House of Deputies and the appropriate class of the House of Representatives shall be held on the same day.
