Human Rights Act 007
WHEREAS it is in the interest of all the human family and in recognition of the inherent rights of every one of its members, We do by this Act
Estanblish that Human rights shall be the infallible, undeniable, insuspendable, eternal and enduring guaranteed rights of every human being;
Establish that The State of Northern Klaasiya recognises the following as human rights:
All humans are born free and in equal dignity and rights;
All humans are unconditionally entitled to all the rights hereinto, without distinction of any kind and without limitation of any kind;
Everyone has the right to life, the right to liberty, the right to physical and mental security;
No one shall be held in slavery or servitude;
Everyone has the right to recognition everywhere as a person before the law;
All are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to equal protection of the law;
No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile;
No one shall be convicted of a crime that was not a crime at the time of committing any alleged crime;
Everyone has the right to freedom of peaceful assembly and association;
Everyone has the right of equal access to public service;
Everyone has the right to a fair trial within due process of law;
Everyone has the right to petition any and all institutions in pursuit of defending his other rights, and for the common good;
Establish that no law shall violate any of the human rights recognised in the State, and any law that shall be found through due process of law to be in violation of any recognised right shall be, to the extend of the violation, null and void;
Establish that all persons under the jurisdiction of the State shall fully respect all recognised rights. Knowingly committing a human rights violation shall be a high crime;
Grant unto the Governor the right to ensure that recognised rights are adhered to within the limitations provided for in the law;
Establish that the State shall, within reasonable arrangements, strive to guarantee the recognised rights to all Natopians and all non-Natopians;
Establish that every Natopian shall be allowed the full and unconditional protection of the State in instances where there is reasonable ground to belief their human rights have been violated in a different jurisdiction, and shall accommodate that that person be allowed to enter the State;
