The Iron Fleet shall have the task to safeguard the strait against foreign interference. No USSO alligned vessel, nor any vessel alligned with any nation with which one of the high contracting parties is at war, shall be allowed to enter within a 100 mile-zone of the Norfolk Isles archipelago. Both the Iron Fleet and the Thracistani navy shall routinely patrol this zone.
