To the Harbormaster of Puerto Arcadio, greetings:-

Captain Diogenes Kótsyfas of the good ship, the SS Andronikos, that is his fortune to command at the behest of Kerularios and Company, petitions for permission to enter the territorial waters of the República de Los Liberados and to dock at Puerto Arcadio. Our cargo consists of twelve presbyters carrying letters of introduction and credence from the Permanent Standing Committee of the Imperial Senate of Constancia for the attention of His Excellency, El Presidente Jacobo Castrigo Álvarez, along with suitable gifts for consideration.

Desirous of maintaining and developing the good relations that prevail between the Imperial State of Constancia and the Republic of Los Liberados, We are pleased to accredit to the government of the Republic of Alduria our beloved servant Andras Kótsyfas, with the qualification of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary.

The qualities, talents and merits of Andras Kótsyfas assures Us of his readiness to head Our Imperial Embassy in Puerto Arcadio and obtain your confidence for his appointment.

It is in this conviction that We pray of you to show him a benevolent welcome and give full faith and credence to all communications that he will make on Our behalf and in the name of the Imperial State.

The Republic of Los Liberados welcomes His Excellency Andras Kótsyfas, the ambassador of the Imperial State of Constancia. We look forward to fruitful cooperation between our nations, in a spirit of friendship.

The Junta de Liberacion Nacional extents its greetings and support, and has designated a stately mansion on the Camino Diplomatico in the capital city of Puerto Arcadio to serve as the Embassy of the Imperial State of Constancia.
