Crown Councillor Nostalgia wasted no time in diplomatic endeavour with the 'mad creature' at Raynor Keep, instead ordering that all borders be immediately secured and no one be allowed to enter or leave Lichbrook. All available soldiers were in the process of mobilisation, while police-like authorities were ordered to arrest all representatives of the Kaiseress on Lichbrookian land, after which they would be sent to Base 3-C in Amarr. Other Shirerothian government officials were left untouched, although those who were not in the Kingdom's capital were moved to Lichkeep "in order to assert their safety". "I want all missile heads to point north and northeast." she commanded the speedily assembled military command. It was decided that for safety and strategic reasons, Tempus Keep will not be the operations headquarters, but instead a special designated place would house the Countess of Amarr and the military command. Crown Councillor Benkern was notified and advised to immediately reach Tempus Keep, from where he would be transported further.
