WHEREAS we hold these lands in fief and for the Most Magnificent Kaiser, and having been charged by Him to govern, we do hereby cause the following to take effect as Duke of Modan-Malarboria to consolidate these lands for easy governance:
1. The subdivisions of Lywall, Lachmeren, and Angularis are merged into a single subdivision, to be called Malarboria with its capital at Merensk.
2. The subdivision of Benacia and the Iridian Isles is merged into the subdivision of Florencia with its capital remaining at Acarid City.
3. The subdivision of Lywind shall be dissolved with its eastern two-thirds absorbed into Lachmodan and its western third absorbed into Amarr.
4. A map shall be commissioned to reflect these changes and presented to the Kaiser.
