Your Excellency, Greetings -

Through this missive, I present a signed and ratified copy of the Shirerithian-Alexandrian-Natopian Entente Treaty by His Wechu Majesty, the King of the Wechua Nation.

It is the pleasure of Our Government and of Our King to convey our desire to join the Raspur Pact in immediate terms, desiring to establish a closer relationship with its member nations based on all matters of mutual concern and agreement.

Lord and Governor of the Wechua Realms.

To all of these whose these Presents shall come, GREETING : -

WHEREAS it is Our Will to ensure that Our Most Beloved People are protected and safe and to ensure the survival of the Wechua Nation, and to ensure that the blessings of Our Close Alliances and Relationships with the nations of Constancia, Shireroth, Natopia, and Raspur are secured and cemented;

LET IT THEREFORE BE ORDAINED AND DECLARED, BY OUR WILL AND PLEASURE that the Shiro-Alexandrian-Natopian Entente, now known as the Raspur Pact, shall have the force of law and be in effect from the issuance of this Decree;

THAT the Wechua Nation will accede to the Raspur Pact with immediate effect from the issuance of this Decree;

THAT We direct Our Government and diplomats to provide appropriate notice of the Wechua Nation's accession to the Raspur Pact member nations.

THUS IS THE WILL OF THE SON OF INTI, THE KING OF THE WECHUA, MADE KNOWN BEFORE THE GOVERNMENT AND THE PEOPLE AT CHINCHERO PALACE IN THE CITY OF PARAP, IN THE 23RD DAY OF THE SECOND MONTH OF THE YEAR OF OUR NORTON 1663.

It is an honour and privilege to be in receipt of the signed copy of the Wechua Nation's accession to the Raspur Pact. On behalf of the Kaiser, I welcome the Wechua Nation into this Alliance. May our friendship grow ever stronger, deeper, firmer.
