Statement on Community Servants in Eura

Of the 825,000 Community Servants issued to the Khanate of Raspur in the years subsequent to the signing of the treaty in 1653, 182,888 Community Servants remain in a viable condition, assessed to be fit for service. Not withstanding instances of naturally occurring mortality, those Community Servants unable to perform their necessary functions have been retired to facilities in the provinces of Mitra, Nivardom, and Varaz. The remainder of those Community Servants transported to Eura under the terms of the ever auspicious treaty have been transferred onto the Life-Service Bond programme and are now the most esteemed kuls of the Imperial State of Constancia.
