Position of South Batavian

I notice that while we speak the common tongue of Micras in this institution, most of the active speakers here only speak that as a third language after South Batavian and Jingdaoese. Perhaps it would be a welcome change to give the South Batavian language an equal status in our law books, like in the old days?

Would this mean two versions of the same law? And which one would be the most important version, in case of translation errors?

I think the laws should still be in the common language, but debate can be held in South Batavian as well. As long as there are no common language speakers attending.
