D-619-2 Dividing the nation into circles

DICTATE BY THE COUNCIL OF DRIFTWOOD
Providing law to the land and the people of the Alriggian Republic.

Accepted on the fifteenth day of the sixth month of the two-thousand and nineteenth year of our Lord.

The Alriggian Republic will be divided into different circles, which will be governed by a council that is elected by the community councils. The circle council will be subjected to the authority of the Council of Driftwood, but will have authority over the community councils.

The following circles are established: 1) the eastern circle, with its council in Driftwood. 2) the southern circle, with its council in Sint Anna.

The United North Apollonian Company's territorial holdings will administratively be placed in a northern circle, but will be governed by the board of directors of the United North Apollonian Company, subjected to the authority of the Council of Driftwood.
