Excellencies,

I write to you on behalf of the micronation ,,The Old Oil Rig'' which is located in the North Raynore Sea. Even though we are a micronation, we truly control territory on Micras. We are completely unlike "fictional" micronations that claim land on imaginary planets like "Earth". We are also a peace-minded nation and would like to join the Micras Treaty Organisation as a member state.
