Decree №1 «On the Government of Massat»

ÁÞÁME ÍSSẼLA MARI VĀSTRA, leader of the Free and Sovereign State of Massat, sends greeting to all the peoples of the land.
  • Let it be known that by this decree I formally constitute the Free and Sovereign State of Massat as a demesne of Natopia, and that its interim constitution shall read as follows:
    • 1. The Free and Sovereign State of Massat is a demesne of the Bovic Empire of the Natopian Nation. Its capital shall be at Riashil, and its symbols shall be determined by law.

      2. The executive and, for the time being, legislative and judicial powers shall rest with the President. The first President of Massat is Áþáme Íssèla Mari Vāstra, Archduchess of Alðai.

      3. The President is charged with promulgating, in consultation with the people of the Free and Sovereign State, a new constitution within the span of twelve full years.
