TO ALL AND SINGULAR to whom these Presents shall come, His Majesty the Grand Prince sends greeting!
WHEREAS the Shogun of Tieya has passed from this mortal realm with no heir apparent;
AND WHEREAS Tieya lacks a successor and it therefore falls to the crown to decide the principality's fate;
AND FURTHER that the United Principalities has determined that Tieya shall be dissolved, and its lands shared jointly by Bretalyon and Leichenberg;
LET IT THEREFORE BE KNOWN that we, Aurelien the First, Prince of Rhaetia, do hereby decree that Leichenberg shall inherit the south of Tieya, in a border diagonal from Hecheng to Aigang, with all lands north of this line going to Bretalyon;
AND BY THE AUTHORITY AFORESAID we do further decree that all royal titles and nobility are hereby stripped and removed from Tieya, which shall cease to exist as of this decree.
