Comrades!

The self-styled Prince Jonathan has invited the Holy Grand Empire of Jingdao to join Shireroth. I am minded to accept this invitation under the following conditions:

- Shireroth's Kaiser will have absolute power over all parts of Shireroth.
- The Heavenly Light shall assume the role of Kaiser.
- All impure elements in Shireroth will be eliminated.
- Epoli will be the capital of Shireroth.
- Krasniy will be locked in a cage and only fed surströmming every Tuesday.
- Shireroth will be renamed to Jingdao.

What is the opinion of this soviet?
