Negotiations with Natopia

The Imperial Palace is conducting negotiations with Natopia over the status of the united principalities. Goal of the negotiations is global purification and... the greater good.

Discussed so far:

- Nathaniel is Minister of Foreign Affairs for Natopia. He wishes to stress this. Jingdao agrees.
