Hereby adds to the Jingdaoese constitution the following clarification:
Where it reads Chapter 1, Article 1:
The Emperor shall be the symbol of the State, the unity of the People and as Guiding Light to Eternal Salvation with whom resides sovereign power, deriving his position from the will of the people.
This shall from now on read:
The Emperor is the symbol of the State, the unty of the People and the Guiding Light to Eternal Salvation with whom resides sovereign power. Deriving his position from the will of the Gods he shall not be bound by any manmade law and his will shall trump any manmade law. His rule is absolute and eternal.
