It is safe to say that the International High commission in the Florian Republic has seemingly collapsed after two members have either ceased to exist or face serious domestic issues. We have sufficient evidence that the organisation has not worked and therefore we propose to disband the commission and revoke the post war treaty. We hope you support our proposal.
