2. The Supreme Court: role of the third estate
3. The Caprine Code: introduction, evolution and meaning
4. Local and demesnal courts in contemporary Natopia

Year 3 Modules

1. Inter- and super-national courts: SANE, MTO and others
2. Case law: key Supreme Court rulings
3. Justices: psychology, demographics and role
4. The law, the Frenzy and the Executive: a comprehensive study project

* To successfully pass this course, students must complete an examination that qualifies them as "learned in the law" according to the MSU definition.

Upon successful graduation, that is meeting the minimal graduation university criteria, graduates are rewarded an Honours Degree, recognised by the University and its collaborators.
