A guide to amending maps

Maps may be amended to reflect changes to Natopia's territories and settlements.

Any lawful changes may be decided by a local government, before being submitted to the Frenzy to approve by Resolution, or they may be originated as a proposal within the Frenzy.

An image of a map may be uploaded as an attachment to the first forum post in which it appears. The image URL can then be embedded as an image link in all forum posts and website pages in which it may be subsequently republished.

When an amended map has been approved by the Frenzy, it should be added to:
1. The Maps of Natopia list in the Court of the Verdant Gardens; and
2. The Natopian Cartography section of the Empire Library.
The completed Resolution will be archived in the Department of Resolutions in the Library of Law.

The amended map should then be submitted to the Micronational Cartography Society, by completing an appropriate claim form. The completed form should include a link back to the relevant Resolution to prove its authority. Please appropriately acknowledge all approved claims.
