CLOSING THE AIRSPACE

It is declared and made law in the Enlightened Realm of Greater Walstadt that:

It will be forbidden to operate or have place in a machine that is capable of flying or levitating or to mount a bird, in person or with technical equipment. Offenders to this decree might be boiled in sea water until they perish if they are caught after the act, or hit by a whalebone for up to five-hundred times, but my also be shot down by the militia and if they die in the crash, further punishments shall not be warranted.

This decree is valid for the airspace over Greater Walstadt and its territorial waters.
