[DCoL] Walstadt versus Nathaniel
[DCoL] Walstadt versus Nathaniel
Your Eminence,
I bring to you the case of the Principality of Walstadt versus the Lord Nathaniel Andre Utas of Zauberförde. In the Frenzy he called Prince Ludwig's expression of the concerns Walstadt has with the possibility of Alexandrian immigration "completely unwarranted" and made a sneer to Prince Ludwig's Jingdaoese nationality. The Court of the City of Whales asks Your Eminence, whether these words are a breach of the duties of the nobility under the Principality's Instrument of Government.
We thank you in advance for your wise verdict.

Your Serene Highness,
I hereby ask the Lord of Zauberförde to answer to the accusation.
* grumbles * "In the old days we would have crucified unruly nobles like this..."

That your speech lacked respect towards our former Prince.Nathaniel wrote:Forgive me, your Eminence, but to which accusation am I supposed to answer?
Re: [DCoL] Walstadt versus Nathaniel
Not guilty. It was with the utmost of respect toward the former Prince I spoke. Just because I don't agree with him doesn't mean I honour and respect him.

Re: [DCoL] Walstadt versus Nathaniel
Haha. You don't understand irony? It's not like Welf to convict anyone for a crime which does not mandate corporal punishment. I have heard him call that unnecessary paperwork many times. As a child he used to dissect and torture small animals, making him judge was my father's way to keep him in line. I wouldn't criticize my father, but I do hope it works out. I'm sure someone would intervene if ever he would go too far.
