ROYAL DECREE (6568c)

THE COUNT OF ELSYRAN


We, King Ryker Everstone of Goldshire, seeing that:
  • The County of Elsyran is without a Count and that;
    We believe Audun Joel has the capacity to be a more than capable head of the new County.
Hereby make known that:
  • Audun Joel is the Count of Elsyran effective immediately and shall enjoy all the rights, privileges, and duties of the office.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF We have caused the Royal Seal to be affixed to this Decree which We have signed with Our Hand. Given this six-thousand-five-hundred-sixty-eighth year at the office of the King.
