I'd expect some more politeness from you when you're a guest in our country.RasmOS wrote:Kildare is in the same place Shireroth should be, the past.Vilhelm Benkern wrote:Kildare will always be Shirerithian, of course.

Dear Councillor
Dear Mr Ergonac
As a lawyer well-versed with Shirerithian law, I must strongly advise you to leave the Imperial Republic immediately. You have no right to visit or stay in the Imperial Republic. Your family has lost all rights to visit and stay in the Imperial Republic. Unless you apply for asylum under the law of the Imperial Republic, you must leave immediately. Unless you do so willingly, the Government may take further actions that may result in you receiving a permaban from entering the Imperial Republic.
Good day.
A. Jamal-Arminzadeh
Dear Mr Jamal-Arminzadeh, Esq.:
Thank you very much for your pro bono legal advice to me in Vilhelm Benkern's "When micronationalism met Tolkein [sic]" thread. It is widely known that you are one of Elwynn and Shireroth's most pre-eminent attorneys-at-law, and therefore I feel very honoured that you have given me advice for my case. Your kindness and munificence is greatly appreciated, and your destiny shall surely be reward.
As you may know, I have stated elsewhere that I have wanted to re-establish a small fort or settlement of returning Ergonians in the semi-mountainous outskirts of Ergonc City, the former capital of Ergonia. I have already expressed my intention to reside in that location. Therefore, I do not wish to apply for asylum in Shireroth.
Given your statements that I must leave Shireroth unless I apply for asylum, Councillor, I consequently would like to ask you, in your expert opinion, whether I could still continue to make posts in Shireroth legally without making it my official residence, through asylum or other means, with the understanding that I must be gracious and respectful towards Shirerithian nobles and commoners alike, and that such posts are either a) the result of temporary vacations/holidays to Shireroth and its territories or b) presentations of letters delivered by courier (not necessarily contained within the quote tags). I ask this only because I see that accounts shared with representatives of anti-Shirerithian forces, each using the usernames "Rasmus" and "Jonas" and "Orion," are still currently able to post without restriction in the same forum thread in which I posted. I do understand that a past close detente between the Laing family and Ergonian Arkons such as myself may have been a cause for concern; however, I have no close association to the Laings anymore and neither do any of the other native Ergonians such as myself.
Gratefully Yours,
Yraite Ergonac

Dear Mr Ergonac
Thank you for your kind comments.
As to your concerns, I fully understand that they are a matter of frustration for you. However, my initial letter to you gave you my personal advice on the law. There is no need for us to correspond any further on the matter.
Yours sincerely,
A. Jamal-Arminzadeh

It would appear that you are indeed in some difficulty. For a small consideration and proprietary rights to establish a trading post at Fort Ergonic, the ESB Group would be willing to facilitate your return at the expense of your erstwhile colleagues.

Yraite pondered for a while. Then he went to bed. The next day, he told himself, he would make his decision.
