[Motion] Diplomatic relations with the Khanate of Krasnarus

This Synklētos, in accordance with the the International Recognition Act 1636 having received Vasilikí Singatáthesi on the 5th day of Grunil in the 20th year of The Basileus' Reign, hereby motions, resolves and advises the Basileus to begin the process of entering into diplomatic relations with The Khanate of Krasnarus.
