Establishing the State Protection Authority

His Serene and Eminent Imperial Highness the Prince of Molivadia by the Grace of the Basileus Grand Knight Commander of The Order of the Great Kingdom of Constancia, Kanikleios of Basileusa Megaliotate and Autokrator of Constancia, Co-Ruler of the Kingdom

To all whom these commands shall come, the Autokrator sends

GREETING:

WHEREAS the security of the nation and the continuity of the institution that is the Imperial State is of prevailing state interest,

In the name and with the authority of

Πετερ Τηε Τηιρδ Basileus, Supreme Lord of Vey, Portus Felix, Ad Pontes, Elaion, Craiss and Metaxia, Cario, Idolgi, Ithonion, Oranjesion, Nivardom, and Aqaba, Defender and Protector of the Patriarchal Orthodox Faith

LET IT THEREFORE BE KNOWN that this Decree constitutes the State Protection Authority

AND WE DO FURTHER DECLARE that there is established the State Protection Authority, to serve as the primary security agency of the Imperial State, headed by a Director-General reporting to and directly and solely accountable to the Office of the Autokrator.

AND WE DO FURTHER DECLARE that the extant Office of Strategic Interests Research Intelligence Service and Office of Strategic Assessments shall form part of the State Protection Authority.
