[Letters Patent] Aqaba Command

Jaime Augusto Joaquin Primo de Aguilar by the Grace of the Basileus Grand Knight Commander of The Order of the Great Kingdom of Constancia, Sýmvoulos of the High Court, Minister of Finance, International Trade and Industry, Kyvernítis of the Basileusian Bank, Strategos of Oranje, Kanikleios of Basileusa Megaliotate and Autokrator of Constancia, Co-Ruler of the Kingdom

To all whom these commands shall come, the Autokrator sends

GREETING:

WHEREAS we have taken cognizance of recent events in Benacia and its environs, and

WHEREAS the defense of the Free and Associative Kingdom is paramount in the national interest

In the name and with the authority of

Πετερ Τηε Τηιρδ by the Grace of God and the Fountains of the Kingdom of Constancia Basileus Head of the Constancian Church Defender of the Faith

LET IT THEREFORE BE KNOWN that the borders and coastline of Aqabs and land area five kilometers inland from the aforesaid border and coastline, are hereby declared a military reservation and under military control

AND WE DO FURTHER DECLARE that the airspace of Aqaba is hereby declared under military control

AND WE DO FURTHER DECLARE that all Constancian armed and uniformed forces, including the Home Guard of Aqaba, deployed in Aqaba or its environs shall constitute the Aqaba Command of the Constancian Armed Forces, under my military authority, and placed on high readiness and high alert

AND WE DO FURTHER DECLARE that any natural person resident within the borders of Aqaba as of this date in violation of Constancian law andare hereby granted a conditional pardon and residence permit

AND WE DO FURTHER DECLARE that any able-bodied natural person resident within the borders of Aqaba not already under military jurisdiction is conscripted into the Home Guard of Aqaba and subject to military orders and military law

AND WE DO FURTHER DECLARE that anyone who willfully disobeys orders issued under authority of this instrument shall, upon conviction by the appropriate civil or military court, be subject to hard labor at the pleasure of the Basileus, of a minimum of one year and not to exceed ten years

AND WE DO FURTHER DECLARE the Ministry of Defense and Aqaba Command is authorized to promulgate regulations and orders to implement and enforce these Letters Patent

AND FINALLY WE DECLARE that these commands reach all Subjects in the Kingdom and all others throughout Micras
