In accordance with the Treaty of Esher, the Basileus Megaliótate has commanded that an Embassy to represent the Free Associative Kingdom of Constancia be opened to serve as the diplomatic channel between the two Kingdoms in Holmes.

Constancia is very grateful to the government of Holmes for allocating such a building at the heart of Doyle. Their friendly attitude towards Constancian diplomates is duly noted by the Basileus.
