GIFT OF THE NORTHERN TERRITORIES

We Emperor Gradus wish to bring law to the northern territories of Apollonia, which are not currently subjugated to any of the states. These are the two islands west of Floyd island and the area where the ruins of Tyrasia stand.

We gift these territories to the Kingdom of Batavia, ordering it to establish a lawful society there and offering it its protection.
