Kyle at Hoffenheim
He had arrived alone, leaving trusted staff with his children in Lindstrom, so the only people waiting for him were the house staff of the formal ducal residence, Maison de Drak, the estate built by his mother Kizzy, on the same land that his father known as a Ludwig here, built his farm decades ago. The house staff were barely staff, just an eccentric old man who happily collected his salary paid to him by Kizzy's estate, lived in the entire guest cottage, and referred to himself as the Lord Custodian of the Drakland Estate and Holdings. The house itself was kept up by the city government, and used it as event space. Two weddings had to be cancelled when Kyle decided to show up and stay for the weekend.
Kyle had to get out and feel the pulse of the city, reconnect with his people. The Draconians here were of a different breed than the ones in Ynnraile. The Ynnraili Draconians were struck with wanderlust, had never really taken to the farming life presented to them here in New Dracoheim, and left for Shireroth seeking new adventures during the reign of Sehml. He changed into more modest clothing, and shaved his beard, hoping to blend in and avoid being recognized. He slipped out of the manor and walked toward the town's square.
A candlelight vigil, impromptu, was being held in Asara's memory. They were singing Bovic hymns in her honor. A kindly woman handed him a candle, and he asked, "Why are we singing Bovic songs?" The woman handed Kyle a copied piece of paper with the words to the hymns, "None of us know these songs, or the meaning behind them, some of the older folk aren't signing as they consider it the faith of the conqueror; but this was her faith, and she would like to hear her songs, wouldn't she?" Kyle's eyes welled up with tears and struggled to form any words, these men and women loved Asara so much they'd sing Bovic hymns to her. Kyle had never believed in Bous, few Draconians did, but he agreed to let Asara raise Nathan and Clara as Bovics. For the first time, he felt touched, and inspired, as tears dripped down his cheeks. The woman began to cry too, "Oh you sweet man, we all miss her, the lovely girl that she was. I don't know if she ever set foot here, but her marriage to that Ynnraili really gave us some hope down here. If she could love a scoundrel from up there, then us good-folk down here will start seeing the perks of being Draconian. And when little Anders was born, oh what a joyful day! We toast him, to this day, we say 'To Anders' when we hope for something good. Shireroth had two Draconian kaisers, and we've had none here? It's about damn time, we all thought. Do not forget us Draconians, where ever we may live, be we vagabonds or farmers, we are owed a debt by the followers of Nett Opaegh," the woman spat on the ground as she said his name.
Kyle listened to what the woman was saying, was elated that they only referred to his son by his middle name, which was Draconian, these people must be livid that Nathan is getting passed over. He slipped away in the crowd leaving the woman still talking. He began moving between people, and whispering, barely above his breath, "To Anders," as he passed. Soon a somber chant began, lower than the hymns at first, but growing steadily.
The crowd began to adapt the chant, "Remember Asara!", and "Asara forever," and "our Empress." Kyle moved to the middle of the group, now that the chanting had totally overtaken the singing, and shouted, "From Asara, to Anders!" for a few times before it caught on, and replaced the other slogans. He moved to the edge of the crowd and held his candle up high and shouted, "For Asara, to Anders!" and began walking down the street, a now-energized crowd following him, toward the offices of the Draconian Demographics and Electoral Authority. By the time they made it to the offices, it could no longer be called a vigil, but was now a full-on protest, with chants of: "No Zakyyr," "Tsar too far!" and other anti-Zakyyrist slogans.

Re: Kyle at Hoffenheim
Zakyyr, staying at Vista de Nada and already angered by Aldin over the Princely Isle affair, was at last relieved. Yes, he was quite content with Kyle spending time at New Dracoheim. It meant he is kept away from Lindstrom where the Tsar's propaganda could exploit to its advantage the fact that Kyle's actions were about provoking trouble and outbreaks, rather than attempting to unify and lead the nation.
Moreover, Zakyyr regarded this as a 'cowardly move' revealing how 'profoundly unfit' he is for the job. And, of course, because of various decrees and his popularity inside the rankings of the Klaasiyan Elite Forces, the Tsar felt no threat of a power grab in New Dracoheim by Kyle.
