together constituting a

MANDATE of the Crown Ducal Family under the command of the FRAMEWORK OF LAW OF EGALE




To erect, appoint and create a Countess

Whereas we firmly believe that the will of the People of Egale, having been expressed in a Poll, is advising and commanding us to appoint a Countess, we hereby proclaim now and in perpetuity the title of Countess of Mehl to be vested in Noor bint Daniyal, Baroness of Running Bull, and that she may enjoy the aforesaid title for as long as she enjoys the support of the People of her county. We further decree that Noor bint Daniyal, Countess of Mehl, Baroness of Running Bull, can have a seat, place and voice in the Assembly of Counts of Egale.

Let our mandate be heard and obeyed by all Dukes, Earls, Viscounts and Barons and Subjects of the Klaasiyan Sub-Demesne of Egale.
