All members of the Restored Church seeking sanctuary in this county are to report to Kingsgate immediatly after any serious health concerns are attended to/ ruled out. Once in Kingsgate, refugees will be assigned temporary citizenship in Suthergold, Goldshire and will be escorted to an empty suburb. Job/education opportunities will be presented and any refugee is welcome to find a home elsewhere in the state, though with less governmental assistance than would be given otherwise.
