Liber XXVII - The Quantum Transplacement

WHEREAS it is desirable to do so for the peace, liberty and entropy of Istvanistan, and

WHEREAS it is also desired by the Empire,

THEREFORE do we recognise that this Duchy of a demesne has been transplaced from a Principality to a Most Serene Union, but also do we recognise that it remains in its ancient home, nevertheless, and that all who have the rights to reside, visit and express themselves within the Empire may avail themselves thereof and herein without let or hindrance, but that only those who reside within this Duchy, and who hold no other residence or public office within any other demesne that is also a member of that Union, may be invited to gather and deliberate within this Yurt.
