I humbly offer my sincerest greetings to you and to your people, especially now that Constancia and the Wechua Nation are bound together by the ties of the Raspur Alliance.
I am Vicaquirao Alvarez, Foreign Minister of the Wechua Nation. It is the intention of the His Most Wechu Majesty to build a close relationship with Constancia, in hopes that we can establish mutually beneficial trade and cultural agreements.
